Business-originated payouts
Wallets exist so a business client can fund recipients. The commercial relationship starts with you, not with a consumer walking in for an account.
BREADX wallets are a disbursement tool for business clients. You onboard the recipients. You fund the wallets. They receive the payment, move it to themselves, or spend it on a card.
Individuals are onboarded by the business that needs to pay them — they do not arrive looking for a retail account.
Push one-off or recurring payouts from your BREADX business account into recipient wallets.
Recipients can hold the balance, send it to themselves, or spend available funds on a card.
Funding, recipient status and payout activity sit in the client dashboard.
Use wallets when your operating model depends on paying many individuals quickly, then letting them access those funds without you running a full retail banking programme.

Each person you pay holds a wallet. They can move funds to themselves or spend on a card attached to that wallet.
Onboarding, funding and support stay with the business client. Recipients use the wallet to receive and use what you paid them.
BREADX is not a bank. For all Canadian-dollar (CAD) funds, BREADX does not hold, own, or control the funds. CAD funds are received, held at rest, and disbursed exclusively by our regulated partner Apaylo Finance Technology Inc. (FINTRAC MSB Registration No. M22922184). Apaylo holds all CAD funds in bank accounts legally titled to and owned solely by Apaylo at Digital Commerce Bank, a Schedule I Canadian bank.
Collect, convert and pay out from your operating account, then push those funds to the recipients you have onboarded.
