One sequence: the business is onboarded, the programme is funded, funds are collected or converted, then paid out on the rail the recipient can use.
The client is a company, not a walk-in retail customer. BREADX reviews the entity, controllers and intended use of the account. Recipients are added later by that business when it needs to pay them.
A business account is the operating layer. Wallets, Multi-IBAN, eCommerce collection, FX, mass-payments and card issuing sit on that programme where they have been enabled — not as separate retail products.
The company funds the programme and, where enabled, collects from counterparties on local or international rails. Canadian-dollar funds are received and held by Apaylo Finance Technology Inc., not by BREADX.
FX is account conversion: turn collected balances into the currency you will hold or pay, then send on a local rail where the corridor supports it. It is not a standalone trading book.
Pay employees, suppliers or other recipients from the same dashboard. Mass-payments use last-mile rails (bank credit, wallets, cards or pickup) under the programme. Recipients can hold a wallet balance or spend on a card where issuing is enabled.
