BREADX is not a bank. How balances are held depends on the currency and the partners on the programme.
For all Fonds CAD, BREADX does not hold, own or control the funds. CAD is received, held at rest and disbursed exclusively by Apaylo Finance Technology Inc. (FINTRAC MSB Registration No. M22922184). Apaylo holds CAD in bank accounts titled to and owned solely by Apaylo at Digital Commerce Bank, a Schedule I Canadian bank.
Non-CAD balances follow the partners and accounts named in the client programme. Ask during onboarding if you need the exact holding path for a corridor.
Clients operate through the dashboard at breadx.fintekbox.net. BREADX staff access is limited to operating the programme. The legal security page describes information security in more detail.
