BREADX PAY (BC) Limited. Effective: 10 December 2025.
The parties to this agreement and participants in each transaction are an individual person or legal entity (the “Client”) and BREADX Pay (BC) Limited. “BREADX” means BREADX PAY (BC) Limited, a payment institution with a registered office at 1285 West Broadway, Suite 600, Vancouver, BC V6H 3X8, カナダ. www.breadxpay.com.
BREADX PAY (BC) Limited is registered by the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of カナダ (FINTRAC) to operate as a Money Service ビジネス. Services offered include (1) Payment Service Provider, (2) Money Transferring, (3) Dealing in Foreign Exchange and (4) Dealing in Virtual Currencies. FINTRAC MSB Registration Number: M24963656.
This agreement describes the Client’s rights and obligations when using these services. Together with our プライバシーポリシー, and any other terms and conditions referred to therein, they constitute the legal relationship between you and us. For the use of additional services, you may have to accept additional terms and conditions as communicated to you upon ordering or using such services.
BREADX is not a bank. For all Canadian-dollar (CAD) funds, BREADX does not hold, own, or control the funds. CAD funds are received, held at rest, and disbursed exclusively by our regulated partner Apaylo Finance Technology Inc. (FINTRAC MSB Registration No. M22922184). Apaylo holds all CAD funds in bank accounts legally titled to and owned solely by Apaylo at Digital Commerce Bank (a Schedule I Canadian bank). BREADX has no account, signing authority, legal title, or beneficial interest in these CAD funds.
The CAD balance displayed in your BREADX dashboard is a record of funds that Apaylo is obliged to return to you or pay out on your instructions.
A BREADX Account means the electronic money account you open and maintain through the BREADX website, including ancillary services such as prepaid cards. The BREADX Website means the websites available at www.breadxpay.com or app.breadxpay.com.
You may contact Customer Service at any time by logging into your account dashboard at breadx.fintekbox.net/login and submitting a support ticket.
It is strictly forbidden to use your Account for any illegal purposes including but not limited to fraud, terrorism, and money laundering. Suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant law enforcement agency. Certain business categories may be used only after approval from BREADX, at our sole discretion.
Transaction related fees are considered commissions paid by the Client to BREADX. These fees are contained in a separate Fee Disclosure Addendum to the client agreement. Standard base fees for commercial accounts and other charges are as set out in that addendum and may change in accordance with the agreement.
Any complaints about us or the services we provide should be addressed to us in the first instance by contacting Customer Service and clearly indicating that you wish to make a complaint. The processing of your data is governed by our プライバシーポリシー.
