BREADX opens programmes for companies. Individuals are onboarded by the business that needs to pay them.
Typical files include incorporation documents, ownership and directors, business activity, expected corridors and source of funds. Extra information is requested when the programme, the rails or the jurisdictions require it.
The contracting client is the company. Recipients on wallets or mass-payments are collected by that company and screened as the programme requires. This is not a self-serve consumer bank account.
BREADX PAY (BC) Limited is registered with FINTRAC as a money services business (MSB No. M24963656). Services include payment service provider, money transferring, and dealing in foreign exchange and virtual currency.
BREADX is not a bank and does not hold CAD. CAD is received, held at rest and disbursed by Apaylo Finance Technology Inc. at Digital Commerce Bank.
